"Decent ride, but the cab could’ve been cleaner"
The ride was mostly okay, maybe around average overall. The driver was polite, which I appreciated, but the cab didn’t feel very clean. There was some dust on the seats and a bit of a smell inside. Ola should probably do a better job checking car cleanliness before rides

"Great, when it actually works"
The app is fine most of the time, but it randomly crashes when I’m trying to book a ride. Super convenient, because obviously the best time for an app to give up on life is when I’m in a hurry and need to get somewhere.

"Not the kind of service I expected"
I booked an Ola expecting a normal, hassle-free ride, but the experience was really disappointing. The driver kept arguing about the route and even asked for extra cash before the ride had properly started. He was also rude on calls, which made the whole situation feel uncomfortable. For a service like Ola, I expected much better professionalism. I don’t feel like using olacabs again if this is the kind of experience customers get.

"Still waiting on my refund"
I’m still waiting for my refund, and it’s getting a bit frustrating. I keep checking to see if it’s gone through, then I get distracted and forget, then remember again and check all over. Hopefully it gets sorted soon because this has been dragging on longer than I expected.

Booked an Ola cab from olacabs at night. The cab arrived quickly, so I thought it would be a smooth ride, but it really wasn’t. The driver was going too fast and kept checking his phone while driving. I asked him to slow down, and he did for a few minutes, but then went right back to the same thing. The back seat belt was stuck too, which made it even worse. I reached home fine, but I didn’t feel safe at all. The frustrating part is that it felt like I had to manage the situation myself, like their basic safety issue had somehow become my problem. App tracking is there, sure, but what’s the point if the ride itself doesn’t feel safe?

"I use OlaCabs every now and then, and…"
I use OlaCabs every now and then, and for the most part it’s been okay. My last ride was a little frustrating because the driver accepted the booking and then cancelled after about 5 minutes, so I had to start over and book another one. Luckily, I got another cab fairly quickly, and the fare wasn’t bad either. The app itself is easy enough to use, which helps. It’s not perfect, but it still gets the job done most of the time... so yeah, decent overall

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the app keeps showing that there are no rides available even when I’m in busy areas. Like, places where you’d definitely expect to find something. It gets really frustrating, especially when you’re trying to get somewhere and keep checking over and over.

"Actually Saves Me From Playing Human GPS"
I’ve used Ola a few times now for office runs and airport rides, the route selection is usually decent. It tends to avoid the obvious traffic mess when it can, which is more than I can say for some drivers who act like traffic jams are a personal challenge. There was one time the driver took a weird longer turn, and I did have that “where are we going now?” moment, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. Overall, it saves me from constantly guiding the driver like I’m the navigation system, so I’ll take it...

"Fare keeps changing after the ride"
This is getting really annoying. I booked an Ola cab and the app showed me one fare before the ride, but once the trip ended, the amount was suddenly much higher. I didn’t add any extra stop, didn’t ask for a route change, nothing. The driver also had no clue and just said it must be an app issue. Then support replied with some copy-paste response and closed the complaint like that solves anything. This has happened more than once now. If the fare shown before booking isn’t even accurate, then what’s the point of showing it at all?

"Am I the only one facing this payment mess with Ola?"
Am I the only one who’s had this happen with Ola? I booked a ride and the online payment went through, but the app still showed it as pending. The driver asked me to pay again in cash, so I ended up doing that too. Later, I checked and realized the online amount had also been deducted. The ride itself was totally fine, but the payment issue was super frustrating. Support just kept telling me to wait 24 hours, which didn’t really help in the moment.

"Not exactly the comfortable ride I expected"
Booked an Ola thinking it would be a normal, comfortable ride, but apparently that was asking for too much. The car was super shaky, and the seats were really uncomfortable. The driver was fine, so no complaints there, but the ride itself was tiring. By the time I reached, my back was hurting. Definitely not a great experience.

"Decent when needed, but the prices are frustrating"
I’ve used Ola a few times, the biggest issue for me is how much the price keeps changing. It’ll look affordable when I book, but by the end of the ride the fare is sometimes higher than expected, which is annoying when you’re trying to stick to a budget. The cars are okay, but they’re not always the cleanest, and I’ve had drivers cancel on me more than once. It does the job when I really need a ride, but for what I’m paying, I feel like the service should be a lot more reliable.

"Longer wait than expected"
I booked an Ola for a quick short trip because I was already in a bit of a rush, and the app said the driver would arrive in 6 minutes. But he ended up taking almost 20 minutes, which was frustrating. He also called me twice to ask for the location even though the pin was correct, so that just added to the delay. The ride itself was okay and the fare wasn’t too bad, but I really wish the wait time shown in the app was more accurate. Not a terrible experience, just not a great one either.

"Got It Sorted Eventually"
Support did fix the issue I had with my ride, so I’m sure they know what they’re doing. It took a bit longer than I expected, but in the end it was handled.

"Missed my train because of the delay"
Booked an Ola for 7:30, and the driver showed up almost 25 mins late. The app kept saying he was just 3 mins away, smh. Ended up missing my train because of it. Definitely not booking Ola for early morning trips again tbh.

"Worst cab company. Never ever trust Ola you will be miserably disappointed."

This company has gone from bad to worst.
Ola cab drivers constantly decline accepted ride. Ola never takes any action against them. I waited at Kurla terminus for more than 1 hour and finally took an auto which more trusted.

Their app is zero customer friendly. One can not contact them via email or via phone numbers. If you are in problem you just have to depend on their mobile application to contact. I had an incidence on 18th December 2025 for which I contacted them on their app for more than 10 times. And every time I raised a complaint it gave me a pre-witten pop up saying in 7 day refund will be generated. Nothing happened even after 17 days and I have no way to know what happened. Their post paid service is a trap to hold our money for long term. I ended up paying cash to the driver and my Ola app is also showing that same amount I have clear on my post paid account wallet. Horrible indeed.

Hence to avoid getting into their trap never ever opt for Ola Cab services in life.

Best is Uber which in 70% times offer cabs at lower prices and least hassles.

"Got my billing issue sorted quickly"
I had a billing issue after my ride, so I raised a complaint. Ola support called me back the next day and processed the refund. It wasn’t a perfect start, but they handled it well in the end

"Okay ride, but felt a bit rushed"
The ride itself was fine, like nothing really went wrong with the trip. But the driver came off a little rude when talking to me, and then he kept rushing me, which made it kind of uncomfortable. I mean, it wasn’t the worst experience or anything, and I got where I needed to go, but yeah, it just wasn’t great.

The driver ended up going to the wrong location again. I had to wait and deal with the mix-up, which was frustrating. i just wish they’d double-check the address before heading out.
